As a corporate trainer, he has developed and delivered numerous innovative and engaging training programs on topics including Quality and Business Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Continuity, Risk and Crisis Management, ISO Standards, Change and Transformation Management, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Development.

Hashif holds an MBA from University of Madras and an MSc in Total Quality Management (TQM) form Manipal University. He is a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from American Society for Quality (ASQ), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Project Management Professional. A certified assessor of EFQM Model, Dubai Innovation Award and a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 14001 and 45001 standards he has completed his ISO 20000 Implementor course and carries COBIT and TOGAF certification.

He is a certified speaker/trainer/consultant for John Maxwell Leadership Program and a Certified International NLP Practitioner. A constant learner, Hashif completed more than thirty MOOC certifications on various topics from world class universities during the Covid lock down period.

My Vision

As the QHSE Manager for the Varco Al Mansoori Services, Abu Dhabi (JV between NOV & Al Mansoori Specialized Engineering) for over five years and another two years as the group Business Excellence/QHSE Manager of Al Bawardi Enterprises, Hashif gained insights into the operations of upstream Oil &Gas industry. His ten years tenure as the Strategy, Governance Risk and Compliance (SGRC) manager at ADIB and Al Hilal Bank helped him to understanding the banking and financial industry in close quarters. Presently, a full time consultant and corporate trainer; Hashif assists organizations in achieve their strategic goals.

Working As

Hashif is an adjunct lecturer with Emirates institute of Banking and Financial Services (EIBFS), Etisalat Academy and UAE Academy. Hashif is a regular author of articles on Quality/Business excellence and Human Development topics for different publications and journals.

He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), American Society of Quality (ASQ), John Maxwell Leadership Team and Professional Speakers Academy.
